How do I check the mileage on an 09 accord using the cars electronics?

You'll probably have to do it the old fashioned way. Fill up until the gas pump says it's full and don't top it off. Reset the tip meter and drive. Next time you get gas, divide the mileage you drove by how many gallons you had to fill up until the pump said it was full.

I'd imagine, if it had the ability to calculate MPG, it would be in the manual.

EDIT: The navi system has it's own manual.
