Default how could i fix this?
Would I need to purchase a whole new bumper?or is it a easy fix?just bought this 96accord.trying to make it look new.there's a very slight dent too if u can't see it.

That is actually a bumper cover. Easy to replace. You might pay more for someone to paint it than the actual cover itself. Or if you were going to get the car painted, replace it then.

Check youtube for videos on bumper cover repairs. Lot's of options. Doesn't look that bad to me, but I'm not too picky.
