How does a vacuum brake bleeder work?

Honda cap has the two wires for brake fluid level switch and does not effectively seal (loose fit on very coarse threads).

Ever try a pneumatic bleeder? I have a small compressor, and the pneumatic bleeders are just about $35 at harbor freight. Trying to make it easier than all the pumping with the little hand pump.
