how to get a new car KEY?

Default how to get a new car KEY?
I had a used 05 accord with only one key.
Is there any way to get another spare KEY? (a KEY to start the engine not just open the door)

does any one know about the cost?

You will have to go to your local Honda dealership. They can do it but it wont be cheap as those keys have computer chips in them. I'm not positive on the cost but I'd expect it to be in the $65-100 range.
