Hello all ... anyone know how to do this? With parts list, pics and instructions? The VCMuzzler II is rather expensive now (more than 2x the original $35 USD price); but I may have to swallow the bitter pill if there is not a much cheaper alternative out there. Thanks!

 

I'll guess the PCM controls the VCM. Not sure what the VCMuzzler2 does to bypass the system.

 

Edit: Information removed, as technically, such a device is not legal and would not pass the emission test if installed and detected in a State such as where you reside.
