How to replace starter on 2006 accord

Default How to replace starter on 2006 accord

I've never replaced a starter on a honda .Where do i start on my 4 cyl.accord.Looks like i have to remove my intake,what else am i looking at. And whats the best option for a good starter at a good price.I need all the help I can get.

First step is to get a shop manual. Check automanualsource on ebay for a $21.99 emanual. Nice, searchable manual w/ good menus.

Hardest part will be intake manifold removal. Some bolts are difficult to access.

For future reference avoid duplicate posts on same subject.

Thank you for the info.I just finished removing the starter,the bottom bolt holding a bracket was the most difficult removing the intake.Yeah and im sorry about the multi post i'm new at this and i apologize for that.
