99 Accord Air Conditioner Controls
I have a friend that has a 99 Accord, and all of her lights on her A/C controls are on. She has the blower fan dial set to maximum speed, yet no air (cold or otherwise) is blowing out. She said she can barely feel outside air coming out (seemingly not from the blower but just from the car's speed forcing the air in).
She said that occasionally she can hit bumps or turn hard left and the fan will start blowing and cold air comes out. This seems to suggest a faulty connection somewhere, but I would appreciate any ideas that you might have on what might be causing this.
Thanks in advance!

Refer to this thread. It could be a bad relay, blower motor, etc. Check by diagnosing and narrowing down where the problem it.

From the linked thread above, also check the power connector plug to see if it is loose, etc. The connector plug is referenced in that thread and the location shown in the video.
If the connector is okay, check for power going to the blower motor, if no power to motor then it may be the blower motor relay which is located in the under hood fuse/relay box. If power does go to motor and motor still doesn't run, then it may be the motor, such as worn out brushes, etc.
See attached image for relay location.
