Thanks for the valve cover adjustment procedure. It is very helpful!
One question: What is the proper torque for the valve cover nuts? My Haynes manual says 16 ft-lbs, which seems way too high for a 10mm nut. I torqued them down to 10 ft-lbs, which seems to be just to the point where I'm getting solid metal-to-metal somewhere.
