HVAC electrical issues?
The air mix motor controls/operates the air mix door. The air mix door directs the flow of air (hot or cold).
Your model has dual climate control, where there is a separate driver's side air mix control motor and a passenger side air mix control motor controlling the respective driver's side air mix door and the passenger air mix door. In your case, the driver's side air mix motor probably is not working; so, the driver's side air mix door does not change position to direct air properly on the driver's side. It probably is stuck where it is not directing fully hot or cold air on the driver's side. Your passenger side sounds like it is working. Attached are illustrations of the flow of hot and cold air via the air mix doors for dual climate control. Hot are the black arrows and cold are the white arrows.
On models with manual A/C, without dual climate control, they only have one air mix control motor.
The blower fan running means that probably is okay (the blower motor is a separate motor and located behind/under the passenger dash side).
Edit: Your driver's side is not getting the proper temperature mix of air. Your car still has a mode control motor (Vent (face area), Heat (feet area), Heat/Vent, Heat/Def, and Def) and a recirculation control motor. If just the driver's air mix control motor was bad, it doesn't mean no air flows.

You're welcome.
Just make sure to align/engage the pin from the motor to the linkage, like shown in the instructions I previously posted. It shouldn't be too difficult to replace. Things should install relatively easy, don't force anything. Usually something is not aligned if it doesn't install easily.
Let me know how it goes.

Hello again! Update:
I replaced the blower motor, and everything works exactly the same way as before. Living in Wisconsin with winter right around the corner, I really need to make sure I have heat...do you have any other suggestions? The way I see it, my options are to spend $1000 in labor to have the dash torn apart to see if it's a blend door, or trade it in.
Any suggestions you have would be much appreciated. Thank you!

My previous post (post #10) includes a photo and instructions on replacement. The trouble code you pulled indicate the issue was with that circuit.
On the driver's side, look under the center dash area. It may or may not have a plastic cover that needs to be removed (some models have the cover, while other don't). It may be readily visible under the dash if it doesn't have the cover.
