HVAC electrical issues?

It probably is a bad driver's air mix control motor. It can be tested; but, I'm not sure if you want to tackle something like that with a multimeter, testing equipment, etc.
The driver's air mix control motor is on the left side of the lower center dash area. See attached photo.
To get to it, you have to remove the driver's dashboard lower cover. You just pry off one plastic clip with a screwdriver, and gently pull the cover off the other clip and hooks (the other clip should pull out with the cover). See attached images.
The air mix control motor is held in with three screws.
The Honda part number should be 79160-TA5-A21. Honda list price is $41.85. Part can be purchased for around $30 plus shipping from online Honda dealers; but, the shipping costs will probably make it around the same as list price.

Based on the trouble codes you previously listed, the issue may be electrical. Since replacing the driver's air mix control motor did change anything, it may be due to the Climate Control Unit or wiring. You may want to run the diagnostic again to verify the same codes still exist.
Tests would involve using a multimeter to check voltage readings and for continuity; which I am not sure if you want to try that. You may want to find someone that can do some electrical testing to try to isolate the issue.
The Climate Control Unit is located under passenger side dash. Attached is a picture of the unit.

I took it to the Honda dealer, and it turns out that I DO have heat! Replacing the blower motor seems to have fixed this issue. The AC was completely out of refrigerant, so we need to find and fix the leak, but for now, going into winter, I'm all set. Thank you so much for all of your help and patience, redbull-1!!!

Good to hear you have heat and that issue is resolved.
For the A/C being completely out of refrigerant; this may happen if a rock comes through the air duct in the bumper cover and hits the A/C condenser, causing the leak.
