2000 accord 4cyl

car had a flat tire went to get flat repaired come back and now the car will not start. It cranks fine but seems like it may not be getting any fuel. I was told by a friend that i need to reset the computer so i disconnected batt for 10 mins and still no start.

anyone have any idea how I can fix this?
