Ok so my dad has been having a problem with a 99 Honda Accord LX. The problem is that the "D4" light on the dashboard will not light up. Everything other light works fine they all go on as they are suppose to but when you switch to D4 the light on the dashboard will not turn on and that is the only one. My dad had me take out the dashboard im pretty sure he changed the D4 light from the dashboard, but when he put it back in it didnt work. I have no idea whats wrong with it, and im getting tired of working on this damn car for so long when all we are trying to do is change a tiny light. Please help me. Thanks

 

Key to on (not to start just on/pos II), bulb check, does the CEL and the D4 light up?
