backround: my car is a 2000 Honda Accord Special Edition ive had it since i started driving, my family is the 1st owner since it came out

i want to mod my car but i dont know where to start id like to go from exterior to interior/ engine

also i have a budget :P like every college student out there.

P.S. the paint or some film is chipping off the top of my hood does anyone know how to take it out? or do i have to get another paint job
