So my car idles around 500 pretty steady but after i drive it for awhile sometimes the rpms drop when im at a stop light or we and sometimes when i turn on my lights or something to that affect, and sometimes it struggles to turn over randomly any ideas? fuel pump alternator egr valve, i was just wondering if anyone has had the same problem?

 

Clean and tighten all ends of both battery cables.

Have the battery and alternator tested at a parts store like autozone to see if they are ok.

sorry it took so long but i had my freind at advanced hook it up and eveything is good cold cranking, alternator, no draws when the car is off and the battery is good, so where do i go fropm here
