ignition key stuck

1990 accord ex ignition key won't always come out.

what's causing the key to stick, is this a common honda thing, and how difficult is it to fix?

it's my moms car.

Try spraying some silicone in there, if that dosen't work you may have to replace it.

or even graphite...is it auto or manual?

Is the wheel turned one way or another,and putting pressure in the wheel lock? Turn the wheel when extracting the key. Just a guess.

Automatic? Is the "p" light (shift possition) on the dash coming on when it's acting up?
