ignition/starting probelm 86 accord! Please help

I think I may have it somewhat figured out. Well I checked all my fuses inside the car and under the hood. I found out that under the hood fuses 1,8,and9 isn't getting any power or there not hot. The plastic cover does'nt say what they are so I don't what they control,...but when i ran a hot wire directly to one of those three fuses the car crank up using the key just fine. So Need some feedack on this one??????

that big 40 amp thats blown is your problem. any main fuses that are blown will make your car not start.

probelm fixed!!Replaced a couple of blown fuses and one 40amp main fuse and presto!! Thanks alot guys for all the great advice!!!
