Default Installation of ES control arm bushings

So I see you need a press to get the original ones out. Thought it would be easy by the bushings I got in.

I'm replacing my whole front steering/suspension minus springs and shocks

(upper/lower control arms, inner/outer tierods, upper/lower balljoints, and swaybar endlinks)

Replacing OEM bushings with energy suspension poly bushings.

Now I need a press?

would make it easier. I hav seen a way where u melt or drill out the rubber, sawzall (dont know how to spell it) one side of metal sleeve (dont cut into part) then use ball-joint press/c clamp w/ socket to press out old sleeve then use it again to press in.
