When I get in my 2013 Accord, the interior lights do not come on. I know this has to be an easy fix. I drove it at night for the first time yesterday and noticed it

Check the switch? Maybe located differently in 2013, but there's usually a switch to turn the lights:
1 off completely
2 on & off with the doors
3 on regardless of the doors.

I had the same issue as I just purchased an 13' Accord Sport three days ago and the interior lights did not come on when the doors were open. The switch is above you (roof) and you have to manually turn it to the "On" as I think when it left the dealership, it was on "Off" position. That should solve the issue, and yes the lights should go off after a few seconds once all the doors are closed. I too was also used to the turning **** to dim or turn the interior lights on manually.
