Issues after timing belt change

alrighty. I checked my EGR yesterday, it is clean and fine.

ok, it turns out my alternator belt was too tight, noise is gone. this is a picture of the passenger side kick panel, where is the CEL jumper??

i belive its the blue conector. use a paper clip and jump it and it should flash the CEL count the number of flashes.

I don't see it in the pic. Full disclosure, I've never had a 4th gen, using the 5th gen I have. It should be more towrads the glove box (behind) than the kick panel. Of course if someone has ever pulled it out to check codes they could have stuffed it further back...the connector should only have two wires going to it.

yeah that's the thing, my mechanic looked everywhere, as have I, neither of us can find it. I don't want to take it to a Honda dealership around here because they'll charge me a hand just to find it and make it accessible... *grumble*

that's the thing, those wire bundles that are in the pic, are it. those will not move, and even pulling up the carpet and around the ECU there is nothing that looks like that
