I was curious if anyone knows exactly what bolt on upgrades are available from a j35 or j32 over to a j30 06 accord 6 speed manual ex-l. Or what are the best or not worth the hassle. Please and thank you.

The only ones I'm aware of is swapping cams from the V6 in the 3G TL (2004 -2006 and the 2007 and 2008 non-Type-S) or doing a swap of the cylinder heads and intake; that said, I am not 100% sure which heads are a direct bolt in swap (some heads have an integral exhaust manifold, some do not).
