not sure if this is the right place for this question. so as an example i know that a CG3 has a F23A1 engine but what does a 2012 Honda accord have (Engine Code) for the 4cyl? here is another but will a K24Z3 work in a 1998 honda accord?? < this is prob a retorical question but i thougt i would ask anyway

 

The 2008-2012 have a 2.4L K-Series (K24). Your 98 has a F series engine, so it would take a lot of work just to get the K24 engine to mount in the engine bay. I am sure it is possible, but it is not a simple swap.
