Default k24 Cam and Followers needed

Got a 03 Accord with 140k on it. Exhaust cam lobes #1,2,&3 are galling/pitting. Oil pressure is fine. Ive read in other forums where this was a problem with the 02/03 i-vtec in some cases. Im looking for a used factory set that someone might have removed when they did a cam upgrade ... Anyone out there with ones for sale?

You may be able to pick one up at a junkyard.

As for the K20 vs K24 cam, look up the OEM honda part number for each. Use a site like hondapartsnow.com If they have the same OEM part number, then you can exchange them. Did any US Hondas have a K20 engine?
