Default 03 Accord - Left blinkers not working, but light up with hazards

Hi Everyone,

I hope someone can help here as I have read many posts and cannot seem to find my same issue. On my 03 Accord the left side blinkers do not work at all when I turn on the signal, but they WILL work when I turn on the hazards. the bulbs also light up when I turn the running lights on. I have already replaced the flasher relay under the dash and replace the entire blinker module on the column. Any other ideas by chance? I'm lost here.

Accords before 03 had the turn signal and hazard switching in the actual hazard switch. If this was my car, I'd find an accord at a u-pull-it junkyard and try swapping the switch

Thanks for the response. So the actual hazard button on the dash above the radio. That switch? Does that apply to my 03? You referred to before 03 in your response.

You said your hazards works so there would not be a reason to change the hazard switch. If it's the left turn signal that's not working try the switch you use to turn the left signal on.

I've actually already tried that. I purchased a brand new one and no joy. Right side works fine, left side no illumination on the lights and dash board

Ok check the driver side MCU to see if there's moisture. Also check the relay for the signal/hazard which sits on the fuse box under the dash.

The part number for the relay is 38300-SDA-A03

I'll check the MCU for moisture. I've already swapped out the relay with a brand new one and no change. Clicks just fine with the hazards as well as the right side blinkers

I did not see any moisture under there. I did get the relay from Autozone # 20314. Is it possible to get a bad relay out of the box?
