Default Lights look dim

Today my 2010 Accord would not start. Called AAA and they said the battery was about half down. Replaced the battery and tested the starter and alternator. Car started just fine. Drove to Branson, MO from Indianapolis during daylight so did not notice if brights were working or not. Arrived at Branson after dark and noticed lights looked dim. Checked and could not get brights to work although the passing function on the turn signal works fine - brights come on on both sides. Could this be a fuse problem? Could the DRL module cause this? Help.

Welcome to the HAF..

Take your car to an AutoZone and have then check out your battery and light systems to see what's the matter..It's done for free...so you can't beat the price..
