Limited Rev Problem
Please am very new to this site so bear with me.
I have an honda accord 2003, whether in park or drive under heavy acceleration or revving it acts like it hits the rev limiter at roughly 3000 RPM.
Please what can be wrong with the car?

I moved your post for better response.
Limit on revs means engine is in open-loop engine control. This should set the Check Engine Light On. If you have the Check Engine Light on, go to Autozone or other auto parts store, extract the code, and repost the exact code number (not the code description) for help.
