Is it colder outside? could be water vapor. generally white smoke is carbon burning off or possibly coolant. does it have a unique smell? also may i ask. do you just have a breather filter on there? if you do i recommend replacing it with the factory line or similar from valve cover to intake. this is there for a reason and will possibly fix that smoke problem.

It says that a turbo has been added?

You are prolly pressurizing the crankcase when you rev it up. My old turbo daytona used to do stuff like that all the time. It would even blow cam plugs out of the head from excessive crankcase pressure. I really don't know if it is possible to prevent some leakage of pressure past the pcv. On the bright side as long as there is no engine vacuum you can't really have blowby.
