Default Locked out of my 06 Accord

Last night when I had to go somewhere, it was evident that my battery was dead. Tried starting the car, and all the lights go out. It was pretty late, so I went ahead and stayed in, and left the car unlocked. This morning, I noticed that the door was locked. First I tried the unlock button on my key, forgetting that the battery was dead. It didn't work. Then I tried sticking the key in the door, and it wouldn't even go in all the way, let alone unlock it. I also noticed that the lock on the drivers side wasn't all the way down in the lock position. Also, it's a 2-door and the other side doesn't have a keyhole. Since the only way to pop open the hood is inside the car, It's kinda impossible for me to get to the battery and swap it. Any idea how to fix my problem?

Call a locksmith who will use a jimmy to open the door. Some tow truck drivers will also be able to open.

good luck

Yeah, that's how it went down. He also mentioned that a "wafer" in the keyhole was broken. Should I be concerned?

If both of your master keys work, I wouldn't be concerned.

good luck
