Default Locking Help

I have an 08 Accord EX. When is push the lock on the fob the first time, the doors lock. When I push it the second time, the horn sounds. Is there away to program for a beep or a lights flash rather then the sound of the horn? I have read through manual and have not been able to find anything on that paticular issue? Thanks

I don't think there's anything you can do to change it.

One push locks the doors and sets the alarm so the easiest way to avoid having to hear the horn is to just push the lock button once instead of twice.

When you clicked it for the first time, it should just flashes w/o horn. Isnt that what you want?

you could always re-route the horn honk trigger wire coming from the alarm unit to the parking lights instead...

Yes Pat, that does work just fine. I used to own a TL and then an RDX and both of those would just beep on the second push. Was wondering if I could do that with this one as well
