Aftermarket alarm/central locking help
Hello, I have a 96 Accord 2.0l Auto UK Model, and removed the factory alarm due to problems.
I have bought a Spider X1 alarm and I am having trouble connecting the Power Locks. I have a UK model so the alarm and central locking box were the same unit in the boot of the car.
Basically I now have no central locking as the alarm has been removed, how do I connect the new alarm unlock/lock wires to the Actuators?
I have a 5 wire actuator on the drivers side and the rest are 2 wire.
Here is the instruction manual of the alarm i'm trying to install http://www.sniperautomotive.com/supp...n%20Manual.pdf . Do I need to add relays or a switch or something else?
Obviously on the old alarm all 5 actuator wires went to the alarm box, but this alarm doesn't appear to allow me to do that.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Hope this is clear
Thank you

You are going to have to look at the wiring note on page 8 of the instructions. I would also get a 94 shop manual from the links posted in the online manuals thread in the DIY section to help you out with the accord's wiring. I think that covers UK accords and US versions.
I think that the power door locks have a control unit in the driver's door panel. I don't think that you have to wire each actuator to the security unit. You will have to inspect the accord wiring diagram to see how it works.
I really have no better information. I think that you will be dealing with diagram A in the alarm instructions.
