I am looking for a good alarm to purchase. Can yall tell me the brands to use or stay away from.

I currently know of Viper, Avital, Autopage, Clifford, Black Widow and some others.

Model #'s will be really appreciated

Take a look at the Viper 5701, im having it installed on Saturday. Stick with products made by DEI like viper, clifford and so on. Stay away from Audiovox.
