I have a 1990 Accord lx, I used to get 29 or 30 miles to the gallon. About two weeks ago it started dropping. At my last fill up I only got 23 miles per gallon. So I changed the plugs, still 23, so I checked the timing it's right on 15* BTDC. I did jump the jumper under the dash, but I did not remove and plug the vaccum line as I didn't know which one it is...so can you tell me which the line(s) I have to remove and plug to check the timing... and if that still shows 15* BTDCwhat else could be the reason for my major drop in gas mileage.
