Low Idle

Okay, so I finally got it off and cleaned it. I adjusted the idle screw so the idle is a little higher. But, the car still surges on cold starts and I lose a little RPM (and lights go a LITTLE dim) when I turn on the A/C. Is this normal for a car my age, or still a bad IACV? Thanks.

Did you reset your ECU & let it re-learn the idle system?
