Default Lowering idle?

Hello,

I have an 87 accord, 2L, fuel injected, auto. What I am having problems with is trying to lower the idle more.
It sits at about 1200-1500 rpm once warmed up. I have loosened off the idle adjusting screw but that didn't get it much lower.

The car runs fine, no jumping in the idle speed.

It doesnt look like there is any way to adjust the timing to get it lower like on carburated engine, but don't know alot about fuel injection.

Any help would be great
Thanks

Default RE: Lowering idle?

If you want to lower your idle you need to tighten the screw not loosen. If it is still to high start checking components like the boost valve and fast idle thermo valve.
