So I get this 2005 Accord with 9,780miles on it.....have had it for 2-3 weeks now....
Then the trip milage goes to 10,000...and this damn maintenance light comes on...
Figured thats the way it is programed, now I want to light turned off completely,forever.

I take care of my car's maintenance 100% and it goes back to the dealer at the slightest sign of problems......thats just the way I am with cars.
Will the dealer turn this damn light off if I ask?
Or do I have to rip out the dash to get to that area/

 

How to Reset
Push and hold the trip/reset button, turn the ignition switch ON (II), and continue to hold the button for more than 10 seconds
