Well, ordered the seals (cam, crank, shafts), belts, etc. today at O'Reilly's. The balance shaft seals come with the retainer.

Thought of the WP, but it was done when I did the timing belts the last time - that is why I did them, it puked, and I believe it will be ok until next time around. I don't see the car lasting til next winter anyways, it is starting to rust faster than before, and with 335k on it, it's starting to show it's age, more than I want to try to keep up with. I was just wanting it to get thru this winter and I'd be happy, but this happened. Not even winter yet!

Took forever to get that front balance shaft sprocket bolt out. Had to put a screwdriver thru the hole, a pipe over its handle, and an extension on the ratchet handle. I couldn't get both hands down in there to hold one and turn the other.

Still haven't gotten my parts, took to long fighting that bolt - over an hour! Sad, sad, sad... I'm losing my trick on cars, heavy trucks are much easier!

I'll keep this updated as I go, in case anyone else runs into this. I have yet to search for the seal install tricks. Hard to do from my phone..
