making rutting sound when roll up
98 Honda Accord
When I roll up the windows it does not stop at the top and makes a running noise. Sounds like the gears is busted. Roll down is ok with no noise. Just rolling up makes noise when it reach the top. Please help.

Could be the window track is busted at one end... Im not sure if they are plastic or not on these cars... Same problem i had in my turbo olds... Changed out the track for 27.99 and was done...

Thank you for the advice. I will take the door apart to see if I can replace this track.
