Default Malfunction Indicator Lamp andRefuelling

Does anyone know what the issue might be or any suggestions on how to remedy the problem with my 2003 honda accord

The malfunction light on my dash has lit up and the garage has told me it could be one of several issues even when I explained since this happened, that when refuelling my car the gas lever at the gas station filling nozzle keeps clicking off, it sounds like the air cannot escape fast enough creating pressure on the nozzle causing it to click off......this is a major annoyance...any help would be appreciated....

Look inside the wheel well, there's a cover you can remove to expose the fuel pipes that go down to the tank. Look for any that are pinched, kinked, or something like that.
