Default MAP Sensor on firewall or throttle body?

Just bought a 91 Accord with a swap, it's using the map sensor on the firewall, runs a little rich, and bucks under full throttle upshifts. I thought I might get better results using the map on the throttle body, but when I wire it up and started the car, it ran super rich for about 30 seconds, then died. I did this with good results on my 91 CRX swap, it was an OBD1 conversion, same as the Accord. Is it a bad map sensor, or is there more to this than I thought?

What throttle body and map sensor did you use? How did you wire it up?

Both Map sensor and Throttle body are F20b, I just matched the wires as they were on red/red yellow/yellow and green/green.
