MES plug - resetting SRS light

MES plug - resetting SRS light
Hello there,
I have a 2001 Honda Accord EX 2 door 4 cylinder MT.
The SRS light is on because i removed the cluster board to replace some light bulbs.
I am assuming the paper clip trick will work but I cant seem to find the MES plug. Also how do i remove the access panel under the drivers wheel? Do i need to remove screws or should it pop right off.
