Missing hose?
Are you referring to the fuel pressure regulator? A hose should run from the fuel pressure regulator to the intake manifold. See this link:

Awesome info. Just a few more questions (sorry, Im still tryin to learn the whole honda thing) I checked out your link and it looks like the diagram you gave me is showing EX and mine is an LX with a F22 b DOHC engine. Does this make a difference? I am very appreciative of any info I can get.
For your F22B DOHC swap, it looks like that is the Intake Air Bypass (IAB) diaphragm. Here is a site where they just run a vacuum line from it to the intake manifold. There was another site where people ran it similarly.
