Default Most Important?

Hello! I was wondering: "What are the most important fluids that a car needs to always have, and that one can check themselves?" Thank you!!!

Hi photogeek. Pretty much every fluid in a car is important. Key fluids are engine oil, transmission fluid, antifreeze/coolant, power steering fluid, brake fluid, differential fluid (if applicable) and of course gasoline. All of these, except differential and gas, are easily checked under the hood. And all are very easy to check and change. I run AMSOIL fluids in my Accord. They offer solid performance, including running cooler, cleaner and with longer change intervals (which saves money). Hope this helps.

Photogeek - You should periodically check all the fluids in the car. Take a look in your owner's manual for instructions on how to do this.
