Default Mpg

I have a 1997 Accord SE 2.2 Itech
I am getting aprox. 25-26 and was wondering if there was ANYTHING I could do to Improve this!

cold air intake and exhaust. the intake will boost the MPG by a little bit and the exhaust will let more crap flow out the back so the more you blow the better it will get.

Learn to not get on the gas pedal all the time with those fast starts that we all do

Thanks I will give that a try.
Is there a better place to buy the intake? I have a good exaust guy that I use!
This is my first import heck it's my first little car! I'm use to big trucks and large V8s!!

For better MPG get a intake and ditch the exhaust idea. Yes it makes your exhaust more free flowing it also reduces your back pressure which allows the engine to run RICH. Ever seen a honda with a big black spot on the bumper where the muffler sticks out? That is b/c the ECU wants to add more fuel to compensate for the pressure loss and it's running too rich. Now if you do want a exhaust and get better MPG you will need to get a tune to correct your Air/Fuel ratio...might get a extra 2-4MPG.
But the BEST way to get better MPG don't add any extra parts...do some research on hypermilling. Teaches you how to drive ANY car and get killer MPG with diff. driving habits. Few good articles on hypermilling....do a google search and you will find a few articles on the subject.
