my 03 accord has too much mileges on it
i believe mine is over 100k, exactly 125000 km
so i just thought one day about changing to new engine
but i heard that to get a new engine is like getting a new accord. is that true?
there is no differences between those prices?
if i decided to go with a new engine, do i just need to change it to new one or some other parts must be changed with the new engine?
sorry, i hope people will undertand my writings.

and you do not need a new engine because of mileage unless you got big problems and buying an engine will not cost as much as buying a new car car ,, where did you hear that ?? And if times comes that you would need an engine, you do not want to install a new engine ,way too much money ( but not as much as a new accord ) ..you could go with a reman engine , low miles japanese engine or used engine ... engines usually come as a long block , you need to swap some parts from the old engine .

You definately do not have too many miles. My 1990 Accord has over 400,000 miles on it. The engine still runs well. It's all the other stuff that doesn't work (brakes, AC, ball joints, etc, etc)
