Exclamation My 93 accord won't start!!!!

need help!!! Cranks fine but won't start at all. None of the plugs are sparking at all, and there's no fuel being injected in any Cyl. Has new ecu. I tested all the sensors in the distributor including crank sensor and tdc sensor and cam sensor. No dtcs set. Tried to listen for the fuel pump while key is on but not sure. How can I test my fuel pump without having to drop the tank? Thought it may be main fuel pump relay but not sure bout the specs with my dmm readings
...PLEASE subscribe

Welcome newbie!
Questions like this are better in the General Tech section. So I'll move it.

You'll need to be a bit more precise to get the best help.

Is car starter turning engine over fast enough to start?

If starter is turning, when does car fail to start? First start of day, never starts, or starts and shuts down after warming up?

You say No Spark, No Fuel? How do you know these two facts? Details.

good luck

How did you test for spark and fuel?

Easiest way to test a fuel pump is to pull the feed line of the rail and start the car.
You will know VERY quickly if it is working or not.
The trick is to find away to catch the fuel, as it can be a good way to start a fire.

The other way is to pull the back seat out and check for power at the pump.

That doesn't prove that the injectors are firing...

First off, I'd check and see if it builds rail pressure when you key on...
