Default My 94 Accord needs help from a pro!

When my car is off and i press in the brake pedal i hear the chime you here when you leave the headlights on and turn off the car.
This Happens everytime i go to start my car and push the pedal before i turn anything on.

Also when the car is running i press the brake pedal my ash try light comes on (which is always supposed to be on) and my clock radio goes really dim! I just installed new tail lights today, could it be a ground connection issue? any ideas will help, thanks.

Did it do this before you installed the lights? I seems like there is a short somewhere in the system, possibly on the brake light switch on the back of the brake pedal.

What kind of tail lights? Bulb, aftermarket, LEDs?

Installing new tail lights should cause any problems whatsoever.

They are 94-95 HONDA ACCORD 2/4D SKYLINE STYLE TAIL LIGHTS BLACK (link below)

I used all the stock bulbs that were already on my car just place them into the new tail light and screwed it back in, and the tail lights work fine.

The only bulbs i only put in 2 new orange bulbs into the turn signal(white) section of the tail light. I also did install new headlights yesterday. But i'm 100% positive that i didnt have these problems untill today when i install the tail lights.

Brake switch grounding itself would cause that clicking to happen when you're not pressing the brake (bad). That clicking is a solenoid in the shift selector allowing your to shift out of park after you apply the brake. I can't think of a reason that transferring bulbs over to new lights would cause this, and it may just be a coincidence that it happened at the same time.
