My 94 Accord needs help from a pro!
Well i figured it out. One of my bulb sockets on the driver side tail light is bad. The bulb lights up and functions as it supposed too but when i remove that bulb all my problems went away. So i assume some how that bulb socket went bad during the switch.
So if anyone else has this problem, do as i did and remove each bulb one by one and see if the problem goes aways. =)

I had something similar years ago, it turned out to be the BULB, not the socket. The nubs on the base of the bulb had mushed out & were shorting the tail-lamp and turnsignal circuits into each other.
