Exclamation my 95 honda accord wont start

Like three weeks ago my Honda just stopped starting it worked fine never had any trouble with it or with starting it..it clicks once only and the battery is fine the driveway is full of potholes and I pulled in and turned the car off for 10 minutes tops. I tried starting it and tapping the starter it didn't work.some people say its the starter others say UT is not there is also no corrosion on the battery. I am days away from buying a new starter...please help

Auto, manual trans? Do you have an alarm system installed?

Do you have a volt meter? Is so, when some one tried to start the car, check the voltage on the small wire going to the starter...what is the voltage reading?
