Is my flywheel ok? Picture attached
I recently replaced my starter due to a 0.5-1.5 second grinding sound I kept hearing after cold starting. Here is the thread: https://www.hondaaccordforum.com/for...l-maybe-62282/
While I had it apart I took a good look at my flywheel, since I had heard the flywheel and starter grinding on cold starts for a few weeks. All teeth were present, and none looked bent. In fact, most of them look brand new. However, a few are a bit gnarled on the very edge.
I took a picture of the worst looking teeth and attached it. In my thinking, the damage is pretty minor, and I should be fine. But I wanted to get a few other opinions. Please, take a look at the picture, and let me know if that flywheel damage is as minor as I hope it is.
Thank you!

I think it is ok. Looks like the slow retraction of the old starter caused some minor damage on that side of the flywheel. If you don't have any noises return when starting the car, then I'd say you are good.
Maybe the next time your clutch is due for a change, you can remove the access panel on the transmission near the oil pan and inspect the teeth on the flywheel again.
