my honda wont start when engine cools down

i went out and did the CEL code thing and the engine light wont flash any codes. i believe this is because the CEL isnt always on when im driving.

Thanks for all the help everyone, my car is now fixed and running perfectly thanks to a good mechanic. it was my head gasket that was blown, and rust residue was on the pistons, but its all good again.
