Default My new (to me) 1999 is missing parts! part I

I just bought a 1999 Accord LX (2.3 VTEC Sedan 5-speed) and it seems that the mechanics at the used car lot I bought it from did not put some parts/hoses back right when they "fixed" it. Any help getting my new purchase back "right" will be greatly appreciated. The 1st picture in question is on the intake and the other is on top of the transmission.

That vacumtube on the throttle body is supposed to have that cap.

The vent on the trans is missing a plastic breather cap, no big deal really.
It's about $5 at the dealership parts dept.

Thanks! You were right. I just ordered the part at the dealer for around 5 bucks.
